Reception staff on social media on Instagram, etc., instead of being aware of what they are doing, charged me more money for my stay, an incompetent receptionist charged me twice as much, she doesn't even know what she was doing, a tiny room for two people and a child, I left the hotel early one night, they didn't give me a refund (a commercial gesture), they responded to me with a mocking face (we don't do credit notes), and had sent an email asking two days before that my wife had to go to work early, everything dirty, filthy!!, who doesn't like to take a shower and smell bad, is in the ideal place.

My experience was over all good. It was very social when I was there which made my visit very good. The first room I got was not cleaned good and was very moldy/humid. After requesting for a another room they changed me to an all female dorm which was in much better shape. Very spacious room with two toilets and showers. Over all it was clean in the common areas and there was a lot to do there. Also nice with free filtered water refilling. The location is a bit off from town but the walk is fine and it is close to the beach

Se han Alojado allí un grupo de viaje de estudios en el que se encuentra a dia de hoy mu hijo, donde la mayor parte de las camas y baños csrecen de limpieza. Hoy no les queda mas remedio que les cambien de alojamiento o se vuelven y se quedan sin disfrutar de su viaje de estudios por este alojamiento que no cumple condiciones higiénicas.

Very sad experience. A whole class of students found at the arrival that most of the rooms were not ready: not enough rooms according to the initial reservation, bugs on some beds, the already paid half board (breakfast and dinner) was not served..... The teachers (who did not get their room, neither) managed to get some catering for first dinner, but the children had to wash the dishes theirselves. These were not the conditions accorded with the agency. Not recommended place. Please, get very well informed in advance about this place before your trip.

Super séjour, j'étais dans un dortoir vue sur mer, confortable, bien pensé, avec des lits à rideaux. Des gens sympathiques, le personnel et accueillant et arrangeant. J'ai pu prendre une douche au retour du surf le jour du check out. Les cours de surf également sont chouettes avec une équipe sympa et à l'écoute. Qui plus est, le paysage environnant l'hostel, est superbe, en 10 min à peine en descendant la route on arrive à Praia do Sul, où on peut s'installer à prendre le café ou autre, face à l'océan et au surf. En longeant la plage sur le remblai, on arrive direct dans le bourg d' Ericeira, magnifique village animé aux jolies maisons bleues et blanches.

Esse hostel tem uma vibe realmente única, a casa é linda, ampla, iluminada, com muitos espaços cheios de estilo próprio pra relaxar e uma vista encantadora. O quarto no jardim é muito charmoso, minimalista e aconchegante, limpo e com uma vibe igualmente única. A equipa também é sempre muito disposta. Sem dúvida um serviço a recomendar.
